well, sure seems like mgmt is confident that Remoxy will be filed mid 2010, and on the market in 2011? they also see Purdue's new formulation as a positive, yep a positive!, in that that market for oxycontin is going to abuse deterrent and Remoxy will be the best product out there. will also keep generics at bay. I tend to agree with the logic

the question on a stock like this is always when to get in. I think we are getting there. First half 2010 the stock could begin a run that could take it over $8 as Remoxy is cleared for takeoff, a Posidur partner is secured and Phase III is enrolling, etc
