My account is Fidelity Investments and buy them at either market or put a limit order on the buy price. Fidelity has a preferred stock screen that tells you the symbol, as it varies among brokers. I own the J series and its symbol is DREPRJ. If you can't buy online and have to pay significant brokerage fees, I'd strongly consider changing.
