I have read a lot about DO, RIG & NE and to me it seems that DO & RIG are the global leaders for offshore drilling and maight be the best choices.

Tgat said, since I am new to this industry sector, I would greatly appreciate constructive feedback as to which of the 3 companies memebrs of this message board believe is the best and why.
