Thanks for your thoughts Peter. The merger slides were very helpful and I now see that there is a significant increase in debt, by all metrics. One small offseting point is that about a quarter billion $$$ of this debt appears to be offset by new cash that will show up on EAC's balance sheet. But this cash will no doubt be put into the ground over time, of course.
