I am a shareholder of DLM from a divestiture, I think Heinz or Kraft spin off. I recently added more DLM at the last earnings announcement when the stock went up a few cents. Now we are at 11, plus or minus, less than the share price when the good earnings report came out.

So, we are protected with a recession proof stock, a 2% dividend, decent debt/equity, and a smoking 9 price to earnings! Decent management?

What am I missing here? Is this a bargain or not?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
