I'm a software developer and administrator for a medium sized federal contractor... we're rolling out Deltek Costpoint. I have to say that everything about this system has been a complete Joke. First... Deltek's level of customer support and documentation is abysmal. We have yet to see a resolution of a support issue in LESS than 5 business days.

Installation of the software is brittle, and the various "modules" feel glommed on as afterthoughts.

The UI is basically something out of Windows 95.

Everytime I hear how much we paid upfront, and how much we continue to pay for support on this POS I can't help but cringe. Maybe there's something redeeming about Deltek Costpoint I don't see... but then again I just work on it every day. ;-)
