The 12% decline on Friday was on heavy volume and largely occured in the last part of the day. This suggests an exit by "smart money". The only negative I can see is the recent acquisition. I am tempted to buy, but for now am holding my 2,000 shares. The 2 Caps and 6 Stock Scouter also is worrisome.
