Yes, it does look like there is some upside.

It seems like on the mortgage side of the business, the profit which adds to Cash ($.37 per share, Q2) and improves the Balance Sheet in other ways such as less debt and more Accounts Receivable is not valued much....but it does improve Shareholders' Equity or Book Value.

It was interesting that in Q1 2009 the Actual EPS in the Analyst Estimates was $.29 and DM handily beat its EPS projection. I think that we will see in a week or so when Yahoo updates its data that we see $.27 EPS for Q2 2009 with DM beating its EPS projection of $.18 by 50%.
