The Google deal will be a two way street which is why they did not want to discuss the finances of the deal.

Google will send Google TV Ads into the Fastchannel network for delivery to the TV, and Fastchannel will send their high end video ad inventory into the Google Ad Sense platform for delivery to the Internet and Mobile Phones. Google is interested in ONT technology because they are using the VMP client side technology now owned by Fastchannel for Android and Chrome applications on Mobile Smart Phones as well as Chrome with O3D for the Internet. Unicast rich media technology is already deeply penetrated the Internet publisher space and works seamlessly with the Google Ad sense platform.

This deal with Google will make Fastchannel a critical link in the chain between Ad agencies, Broadcast TV, CATV operators, Mobile, and Internet. If it did not violate antitrust law you can bet that Google would definately be interested in acquiring Fastchannel.
