"FirstMergerwire" states credible sources are telling us this morning that United Technologies Corp may have decided to resume $34.50 per share offer for Diebold. The decision comes after a long review of possible acquisition candidates. According to sources,proposal represents a premium of approximately 55% to Diebold's closing price. Offer is said not to be subject to any financing contingency.
