Yes, it is true! DELL is a POS stock and a company with a horrible business model. They claim to be a growth stock and refuse to pay a dividend yet it has been many years since they have shown any revenue or earnings growth.

They have been caught committing 'Financial Misconduct' on the balance sheet and the kickbacks promise to be another example of misconduct. Almost certainly, they were not accounted for properly. If so, once again the company was lying to the shareholders.
