Does anyone have information as to when the merger with Windstream will be effective?

D&E Shareholders approved the merger last month and Windstream's note offering and restructured credit was effective mid October.

Maybe we have to wait until WIN's November 9 conference call and Q3 earnings release.

Any information would be helpful since my DECC stock is held with my broker and new information is usually delayed.
