Good God, look at all the hogs lapping up the gravy. Just look at all the non-market options being exercised. Karmer / Kirkwood, these two were complete jokes. Kramer did one or two financing deals at Conestoga which any consulting accountant could have done and Dick Weidner thought he was the golden child. Unfortunately, the rest of the Board at the time where braindead either from age or just were the dumb and due to the number of shares were elected ages ago although they were not qualified.

Hell then D&E put Kramer in charge of operations, a person with NO technical background and hell right afterwards the whole internet came down because he didn't even understand virus protection the the operations people where begging for and holding up red flags. They spent a alot of money and caused alot of pain for something so simple, but the people on the locked down guarded 6th for were ignorant.

Just is disgusting how these people were only there, not to care for the shareholders or employees, but their own pockets. Sickening to see two companes D&E and Conestoga who could still be around and profitable today if it were not for such more leadership.
