The phone was not answered because they do not have staff, 20 stores and no help, sounds like a great retail company and quality customer service. I am sure the few that were working were either doing their best to keep up with the stock, markdowns, fitting rooms, cleaning..... The stores are not allowed to hire right now, is that smart? Going into the holiday season they have a hire freeze????? I feel for the ASM staff that will work 60 hour weeks to just keep up with daily tasks with no staff. Do not work for this company and do not invest. Dillard's use to be an upsace department store, I am sure Mr. Dillard did not expect his company to become a discount store after his death, he was a great man.
