30% dilution, 6 x 70% is $4.20

Probably goes off at $4 or $4.25 a share.

Technically, the stock has held gains, vis a vis the 30% dilution... if you buy now at 4.20, its like buying at $6, only you didnt just lose 30% like the diluted shareholders.

I'd say low 4's is a good place to buy or nibble, and now you are entering with 34 million more in the bank than the traders who paid $6.

Sorry to say, Wall Street loves to sell paper... right when a stock is about to really get legs...
