If you've been watching the IV board you'd know some IV person was misinformed on something then said there was a rumor the trial was canceled.

I highly doubt that played a large part into the price action today. My guess is due to volume and hard nose support at 4.20 that the reason is a knowledge of the dilution price.

Which is most likely somewhere in the realm of 4.10-20. If the rumor caused this then it would have rebounded violently back to 4.70's
