went to a meeting last night and spoke with a lawyer who does work for public corporations.
His view is boards of directors and officers do not consider shareholders when they make these kinds of deals.
They make their living by being employed by the company and receiving stock grants and options.
We try to make money by trading the stock and are the last to know most board and corporate decisions.
They have an advantage over us and there is not much we can do about it.
The underwriters and brokers have control of the price and will move it where they want it

Hopefully the stock will come back and we will all make money. JMHO
