I predicted a secondary about a month ago but no one listened or said I was bashing the stock. Now I think what they have is great and the future is great but the last secondary was priced at 3.85 with warrants I think valued at 7. When institutions partake in this what they do is immediately short the stock above the secondary price to lock in gains and simply keep the warrants. Now with this secondary that has been announced it has NOT been priced. With the market falling apart and DCTH price going down as well I don't know where they will price the secondary. Absent some more news on the trial data (which I don't think they currently will release as the trial is ongoing) I am afraid that they will price the new secondary around 4. Thus, those of you buying the stock here at 4.65 are paying a premium, a big one, to what an institution MIAY be paying in just a week or two. Should the secondary be priced at 4 look for the stock to trade "in the hole" or below the secondary price and that is where you want to buy it. Thus, I am looking for the old secondary price (only 3 months ago) of 3.85. Good luck and do your own DD these are just my thoughts on the matter and I would enjoy any others.
