Ok after some research and some deep analysis... (30 minutes, lol)

yep I sold all my shares...

The way they lied to shareholders, shows me that they did this for the money. Information was leaked about this and some people were able to get out. There was tons of shorting done to this stock the past 2-3 days... I should of known something was up, but people definitely made money on this, shorting from the high 5's.

I really can't see this stock going up in the next 2-3 months. If they knew Good News was coming out, they would of waited. They had enough money until March, so for them to do this now, its a bit of weakness.

I might buy in again, but I'll definitely be waiting for a while... Yea i could be late to the party, but They definitely lied to us about all this. They made us think a secondary was not coming, and promised ASIAN Partners, but that was a lie.

This can still be a 20-30 dollar stock, but I'm not waiting... I might jump in later...
