I've watched this stock since beginning of 2008 and am convinced it is a traders playground. The good news is that it is slowly climbing as the dips recover. If news reveals more biofuel goodies then it will pop to a new level and I think that news will happen in the next couple of months. Partnering with an oil company only means good long term.
