There is always abuse, Very Smart. I have seen it from both sides. It is none of my business if a few employees abuse a system. It is managements job to supervise and make employees productive which is a little tougher in a union shop. An employees needs to look out for himself and his family. At Delta the union demands won't cost the airline much if management does their job. You might feel foolish at an old age after throwing away a pension to stop a creep from wrecking some thing.
