They turned down TARP money like the way that Kruschev resigned. Show me one bank that was refused TARP money from the feds. The feds say, "You are not getting it, so either withdraw request, or we will turn you down." As soon as they did that, they took a $40 million hit on their balance sheet last fall.

This is a sinking ship. The fact that no board members or senior management resigned, was replaced, bought or sold stock tells me that this bank is doomed. Every other bank where they are trying to work out problems would have at least replaced personnel.

I am sure they are blacked out from trading, based on some internal report that they are only privy to.
