The foundation of the eps and cash flow that bring you comfort is the existing charter rates and the kicker from the profit sharing, which has been decreasing as the good trailing quarters fall out of the rolling average. Are you not concerned that the renewal rate and terms for DHT's ships will be significantly worse when the existing charters expire? That concern is what is keeping me from adding.
