I am just curious how a public company employee would even pay off a customer, where would they get the money? Everything would be subject to fairly strict internal controls. I am not saying it can't be done but it would not be that easy and I am not sure how the individual managers at Dynamex would benefit.It would be a terrible business decision for a public company to make. These type of allegations are made frequently so I guess there would need to be proof before Dynamex would have to disclose it. Just my thoughts
