I am not sure i would have this company as great buy. The company is closing down the Canadian Corporate office and is in hurry to remove the cost from system. My concerns is that removing these type of costs to rapidly could result in issues down the road as it relates to billing/collections. I have seen companies go through downsize and then upset their customers when they can not bill them correctly. Customers will be expecting the same level of customer service they got when there was a Canadian Office, but, i have my suspicions this will be the case short-term. This is why i would be very careful on how you approach your investments in this company.
