Anyone know how to reach DirectTV Corporate headquarters. Trying to resolve a billing problem is impossible. After two supervisors and 1 1/2 hours on the phone I gave up. I think they are keeping accounts receivable amounts they know are not collectable to show a better balance sheet.
My issue is a $460 early cancellation fee for a unit that was never put in service. thanks
