Insider buying is meaningful. Insider selling is business as usual.

While I like to see insiders with large holdings, as it shows that the executives are closely aligned with the shareholders, this is the exception, not the rule. Most execs view the stock as part of their compensation and sell it whenever they need money for homes, yachts, or to diversify their holdings.

The motives of posters who focus on insider selling, is to create doubt and generate selling pressure. They are shorts promoting their position.
