Can somebody explain why directors and officers of this company deserve to have the ability to exercise options when the company is laying off people, not meeting sales goals, and freezing salaries and wages of other employees? They also say that they deserve their bonuses due to the fact that the company is legally obligated to pay them. So much for the "shared sacrifice" they talk about to make it through this economic downturn.
