I did all my due dilligence and decided to invest in this company. I
truly believe this can become a double or triple in the short term
and

-CGC is a revenue generating,active mining and exploration Company


-their mines are situated in mexico, a nice stable country


- they have been extracting and pouring gold since 2007, and keep on
increasing that production significantly every year. estimated
production for 2009 at 70000 ounces of gold.


-The Company expects its current capital resources and future cash
flows from its mining activities to be sufficient to meet its long
term debt obligations,
when they come due, and fund the Company’s exploration and development
plans and operations


-They have been cash positive for a good 2 years now, producing
profits and good quarters for shareholders


- gold prices are currently quite high and are expected to keep
rising
significantly


- Management believes significant potential exists to expand the low
grade surface and high grade underground
resources on the property


-They are one of the lowest cost producers out there


-Their revenue is up 29% this year vs last year.


- they plan to increase market exposure by promoting the company. It
is currently significantly cheap to buy CGC shares. Jennings has a
target of 1.75$ on this stock.


- They are highly focused on growth, which means a higher share price
for all of us


I believe that this is a great investment with a lot of potential
growth. When we see the market notice this undervalued stock, it
should do very well. With price of gold rising almost every day, this
is a very attractive stock to own
