The only real insider is YAO KEXUAN, with 5,300,000 shares (52.5% of company), who has not sold a single share. re: "cnam is subsidiary of CDII... " Correction: China Armco Metals, Inc. is not a subsidiary. They are independent of CDII. However, they did enter a strategic agreement with CDII: http://www.armcometals.com/news/news_pre... Also, CDII has a large stake in CNAM. At the end of last year, they owned 12.8% (Beneficial Owner = 10% or more). They have sold about a third of this (largest sale at $2.60 on 8/27), and now own 9.1%.
