CAP's publicly traded competitors (TAL, TGH) both reported solid quarters in the last day or two and have seen a nice pop in their PPS. I'm thinking this bodes well for CAP and so I picked up a few shares. CAP continues to trade at a deep discount to tangible book value for whatever reason. Should be interesting to see what they report today after the close.
