Just found out why GIB is racing ahead.

IMHO. Under its strategic acquisition strategy, CGI is looking to acquire a company in China.. but this Chineese company also wants to buy CGI.

This tussle is boosting the prices. IMHO.

Will the price war rally to the 20's?..
