Read his message board, he never makes any mention of CNOA's fundamentals, he merely sites their use of stock promoters. EVERY SINGLE CHINA OTCBB ISSUE HAS USED STOCK PROMOTERS! Does this mean Mr. Sykes is shorting every china issue? No! He is after CNOA because he has a parter in the MM, QUIN (Park Financial) which has already be indicted on a similar scheme done last year.
