As this site does not yet have the link to the S-1 filing, here it is.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1... How many FIRM commitments have you seen in the last 10 years on an S-1 filing? I know of none. If its a scan, why would Rodman and Renshaw back this filing with 10M if it was a scam? Once the shareholder vote is released approving the reverse split, this stock will fly. The meeting is Friday the 9th. I expect it to pass. BTW, I've looked at all of your posts stocktyger. Do you ever have anything positive to say? Cheer up and have a nice day!
