Initially, on small trades but there are buyers at larger volumes on the dip. PER is an IT company, not related to CVLT's space. DELL still could acquire and there are others, such as MFE who might be interested. That being said, price is where it is on the come and a $19 stop would not be a bad idea.
BTW, GS is playing this. Had about 1.6M shares and subsequently half off the table, no doubt booking a profit and rolling the rest. Rating :
