Let's not make this bigger than life.

The contract reduction of 21 mil is through 2012.

Since smart grid is strongly on the rise with many new incentives, one can reasonably assume that there will be other contracts to replace and surpass this one by 2012.

The "award" is not vested until another 2 years which I assume presents little if no additional drain on the company.
