Carver lost a bundle in the fiscal year that ended March 31, 2009.

Is anyone surprised? The only surprise is why the clowns running this hapless organization are able to keep their jobs.

They are a disgrace to banking and a constant threat to stockholders.

The stockholders deserve better. The board should have the decency to sell the bank to an organization that knows how to manage for profits.
