No way hell someone could catch a scheme like this ... if somebody is out to beat you, they are going to figure a way especially if they got a inside method like these boys had ... i hope the title company has backup insurance to cover their losses and pay all these banks back ..The title company could be next in the bankrupty line ....If it was only one bank or two you would think somebody was asleep at the switch ; but, these guys were equal opportunity in this fraud ....
