Why haven't the three generators that were completed, tested and approved for shipment to Well to Wire in November of 2007, never shipped. WEll to Wire has a billion in outstanding orders from somebody and wants the orders filled although they never have fought to get anything other than keep sending millions so they have a license.
I know this is a hard question to answer so think deep and really use all of your brainpower to make up the best excuse you can to explain the reason.
Those of us who know the gig on Coates know the answer but humor us with some awesome outlandish, crazed reasons.
