They are earnings at a rate of $.062/mo. and now they will have to reissue the auction ate securities at much higher rates after redeeming the current batch. They are paying div. out of capital. Current rate is 100% higher than the actual earnings rate and that is without the new preferreds. The fund will go to big discount when the holders figure this out.
