the "slower 4Q" comment. Q4 and Q1 are always slower because of weather, and Q2-3 are always hectic as they try to get in as much work as they can while the seas are calm in spring/summer. I've been in and out of this company since they were initially spun out of HLX, and I'm back in this week for the first time in about 2 years.

With Telemark and other new deepwater projects just coming on line in the GOM plus the new pipelines going underwater on the coasts, there is going to be a lot of work for services companies, and specialized divers and other specialized support teams are not as overcrowded with companies and oversupply as some other oil services sectors.
