Congratulations to the Rumney School in Middlesex for winning a $12,000 Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) grant to seal and insulate the school. And congratulations also to the Town of Waterbury for its $12,000 RGGI grant to replace boilers in town buildings, and Calais Elementary for an identical grant to replace inefficient lighting.
