The following are logs taken from 10:30 am to 11 am EST today 11/6/09. Pay attention to the bid prices, the ask prices and the volume totals.. 90% of the trades in the 30 minute time period were for 100 or 200 shares. Also it can be clearly observed that whenever the price begins to rise even 3/4 a cent a share that the market manipulators come in with a 100 or 200 share purchase and drive it right back down to .67 pps.

I've taken the time to compile this and I'm going to take the time to file an SEC report. Additionally I'm going to request my brokerage firm do the same.
I'd highly suggest you all do the same - a squeeky wheel may get the grease but 100 squeeky wheels gets some serious attention.

To the market manipulators out there (on the off chance any are reading this board.. no name ahem summer...) - Do you realize what you're doing is in direct violation of SEC trading rules governing the manipulation of stock? They will investigate. You will be caught and you be fined if not imprisioned. Have fun!
