Seems like they are being conservative. They had a great effort on cost-cutting which sets up better leverage should the economy ever turn up, but I would think that they would need actual sales increases to continue higher. At over 15 times earnings, the stock is not cheap and has had a good run. Today's jump will probably be sold on profit-taking tomorrow. There appears to be resistance around $32 and I can't imagine that they punch through that level without some better fundamental news.
