Be careful is right.........even if the offer was accepted you have no assurance what the price of AGU would be the day of closing. If the market takes a hit AGU could go down to $40 quickly.At that price you have $85, not $95. So at the current price of CF (around $80)you can see the risk-reward isn't that favorable. Unless of course AGU makes another run at em with a higher offer,,,,,again.
