My thoughts: Your statement is filled with falsehood. The stock is up 55.4% from the March 12th low. So at the top of the above range.

"The issues are clear

-Revenue is declining - IT IS A RECESSION, Revenue seems to be holding up well under the circumstances.

-Next Quarter will be DOWN again - PERHAPS & SO WHAT?
-Cost structure is way to high - ARE YOU A MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT? STRATEGY IS ONE OF GROWTH AND REVENUE WILL EVENTUALLY CATCH UP.
-CFO needs to be replaced - ARE YOU A CFO? I WOULD RATHER HAVE HIM THERE THAN YOU.
-Company should buy into the On Demand Space - PERHAPS.
-Burning Cash when everyone is making some money" - LOTS OF COMPANIES ARE BURNING CASH RIGHT NOW. THIS SEEMS TO BE A VERY CONTROLLED BURN.

-The Company's Board is asleep at the wheel - HOW WOULD YOU KNOW, BEEN TO A BOARD MEETING HAVE YOU?
