I was an idiot and bought this at $3, and then it proceeded to drop down to 2.20. Stupid me.

I still don't really understand the drop though, other than the markets have been choppy and this stock isn't very liquid and there may be a couple large sellers.

There has been no news since they reported great 2Q numbers. They have cost cut significantly and returned to profitability last quarter, and a significantly cash flow positive. They don't have a lot of debt (5m long term and 45m in note payable), and they just raised 15m in new equity at 2.75, which they plan to use to increase liquidity of the balance sheet and pay down debt. I think BK is not even a remote possibility in the cards at this time, unless something drastic has happened that hasn't hit the wires yet. That would seem odd given the strong 2Q, and consumer spending has increased modestly since then so I would expect 3Q to be decent as well. After they beat on 2Q, the stock shot from 2.00 to 3.75, and has now come all the way back. Doesn't make sense.

I want to buy more but I want to know what's driving the sell off before I do. Seems like a great contrarian play for upside, given the fundamentals are improving (earnings and balance sheet strength).

I'm holding on to my position.
