Retail was hit modestly and it was a down day for the markets, but CMRG hasn't dipped this low in quite a while. I own quite a bit of this that I bought around $3ish, and I think it has potential for a double in the next 6-12 months. I think the capital raise of $2.75 creates more liquidity for the company and reduces their downside risk, and should also be a bit of a psychological floor (e.g., if big players were willing to buy up $15 million in the secondary offering for $2.75, they must see good upside going forward).

That said, a little bit concerned about the -8% day on double the daily volume. Did something happen that hasn't hit the wires yet? I'm hoping it was more of a liquidity sell off as most of the pain came at day's end when the markets really dropped, and the stock is fairly illiquid so maybe someone just really needed to sell and blew out the bids.
