Spoke with IR at length yesterday.Option incentive for product acquisition has been in place for 5 years now-no incentive to get something done this year.Yes,they are looking and have considered/evaluated MANY opportunities.Looking at complimentary CO-PROMOTE cash neutral/acretive opps. at moment-not early stage crap(my word) ! Company is very sensitive to investor concerns that something be dropped into existing sales force,that's cash generating and hopefully immediately acretive.Remember the FRX agree. does not reimburse all of cypb's expenses.
IR also brought up that any product acquisition would NOT prevent cypb's acquisition.Have faith because they are being very careful to make the right choice and one loved by the Street/Investors.My sense was that nothing was imminent.
