So UTEK recently sold all their shares, apparently.

To me it looks like the company is getting ready to sell out and I assume they will first declare bankruptcy.

The letter from the CEO was very deceptive in that he gave us hope, maybe I am just thinking negatively, but if there was hope why would an inside holder divest all their shares so quickly. All this in the same month he wrote the letter. Very painful for me.

Can somebody please tell me how they got 41 cents per share?
